With Redaction mode enabled, click within the selected recording to place an
initial redaction time block (the new redaction time block is outlined in red).

During replay of the incident, no audio is heard as the pointer passes over each of the light-green redaction time blocks. By not hiding edited sections of the file, the time sequence stays true.

Eventide is now offering the VR615 voice logger with an optional single 160GB Intel solid state
drive (SSD) in place of the standard hard disk drives. The Intel solid state drive has no moving
parts, resulting in a rugged high-reliability storage device that can withstand the bumps and
shocks of vehicular use without losing critical recording data.
The VR615 with solid state drive option is intended for use in command & communications
vehicles and trailers, such as mobile EOC, emergency response command, search & rescue
